Bob Funk, PE, LEED AP
Designation:Chairman of the Board
The oldest Funk brother, Bob Funk has construction in his blood. Throughout his teenage years, he did work for the family business over the summer. His belief that it was important to see the world, led him to the United States Air Force where he specialized as a computer technician. After the service, construction drew him back, and Bob earned his BS Degree in Structural Engineering. He soon took on the task of designing bridges, sanitary treatment plants and buildings for other engineering and construction firms. Called back to the family business, he returned to become a Project Manager and soon took over the reins as President.
Today he instills in his team a love for the industry, service to the client, and a mission to construct a quality building that will be a testament to the legacy of Arthur Funk and Sons’ mission to build quality structures and long lasting customer relationships.

Ken Funk, PE
For Ken Funk, construction is in his DNA. He likes nothing better than when a customer comes to the firm with a problem and the Funk team works together to solve the problem in a way that is a win-win solution! To him rewards mount as a project meets the customer’s goals and exceeds the customer’s expectations when the doors open and the finished project is put into use.
Ken’s philosophy is that it’s important to give back to his community, and he has been active on many boards and volunteers at many civic and service organizations. Most recently he joined the boards of the Association of Builders and Contractors Keystone Chapter and the North Cornwall Township Planning Commission.
Ken does find time to relax with his family at their lakeside cabin.

This led Nathan to attend the Thompson Institute where he later taught these skills to students. He soon realized he would rather focus on construction design and went to work at a well-known and respected architectural firm before joining Funk Construction.

Jon Belleman’s interest in construction started at a young age when he worked for his dad who owned his own remodeling business. It may have started before that as both his grandfathers, who had little to no experience in construction, managed to build their own houses. Both houses are still occupied by his grandparents today!
With a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Management, Jon is often involved in a project at its inception to develop schedules and detailed estimates, plans and specification to help the owner understand cost and design and, in the end, get the client to the finish line with the best result.

Bryan grew up around construction. His dad managed concrete plants for 40 plus years with Berks Products and Bryan worked for them for several years. It was knowledge he brought to the table as Lead Pastor for GT Church in Reading, PA for 29 years when he led several large building projects as his congregation grew. Prior to being called into ministry, Bryan was a professional baseball player with the Chicago White Sox organization. His baseball career ended abruptly when he sustained an injury from a 90 mile an hour fast ball that blinded him in his left eye. In the summer of 2015, Bryan experienced something that would change his life forever when he and his wife, Lynn, were hit by a drunk driver, while riding their motorcycle. That accident caused him to lose his wife of 28 years and his left leg, and is the subject of his recently published book titled, “I’m All Right”… a Journey from tragedy to triumph.
