Robert J. Funk, P.E., LEED AP – President
The third generation of the family that bears his name, Bob has been president since 1998. Bob remains close to the team, managing and advising estimating and project management departments, monitoring the status of projects for bid and budget as well as staying privy to the ongoing status of current projects. Bob enjoys people and is responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and seeking new clients. His goal is: to help all clients achieve their vision for the project. He accomplishes this by assisting with early cost analysis and budgeting, contributing to the architect selection and design process. Safety is his #1 priority. During your project you will find him consistently monitoring job site safety. Active in his community, Bob has been a member and officer of many board of directors and service organizations both in his industry and for many non-profits. . Bob began his career in the United States Air Force in 1975, where he specialized as a computer technician. After serving in the Air Force, Bob attended Pennsylvania State University, graduating with a structural engineering degree.
David H. Funk, P.E. – Project Manager
Dave has been a project manager for Arthur Funk & Sons Inc since 1991. As project manager, he is responsible for contract preparation, shop drawing review and analysis, scheduling, and job coordination by working closely with his project superintendents. His goal is to lead the team of superintendents, architect and owner to the best delivery for the project. An avid athlete, you will find him on his bicycle traversing the many hills and valleys across his hometown and competing in mountain bike, running & triathlon events. He is also an active board member for Lebanon County Christian Ministries where he has a keen interest in the homeless shelter program. Dave is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Ken began his career in 1991 in the electronics industry where he gained valuable experience both as a design engineer and project manager. Ken joined Arthur Funk and Sons as Project Manager in 1996.

Scott began his career in the construction industry in 1978 working as an apprentice. He has been with Funk since that time, where over the years has been project superintendent, foreman, estimator and now project manager.

Jessica began her career in 1995 as a project engineer. With a background in estimating and project management, Jessica has been with Arthur Funk & Sons since 2004 working as both estimator and project manager.

Steve has been in the construction industry since 1978, where he started as an apprentice and later managed projects. Steve joined Funk in 1988 as project estimator.

Nathan’s experience in construction management began in 1990. He has been with Funk since 2005 and is qualified in CADD operation, code reviews, and estimating.

Since 1968 Ted has served as Pastor at many local United Methodist Churches. During the years 1996 to 2002, Ted served as District Superintendent of the Eastern PA conference of the UM Church. Ted currently is the Founding Pastor of the Bridge United Methodist Church in Mt. Joy PA.
Jon Belleman – Project Estimator
Credentials: B.S. Construction Management Pennsylvania College of Technology
Experience: Jon began his career working in his family’s residential remodeling business, Belleman and Son. During college, he was an intern with Rigidply Rafters, before becoming an installer/estimator for Solar Innovations. His most recent position was estimator/drafter for Conestoga Building, a division of C. B. Structures, Inc.
